Nurse Practitioner/Memphis, TN 38115 – Family Nurse Practitioner needed for a Primary Care role in a growing Multi-specialty Practice serving the Memphis Hispanic Community. Patients include both pediatric and adults. An experienced FNP will play a primary provider role with their own patients working as independent as desired, with support in specific areas of interest. A new or less experienced FNP would be used more in an extender role initially with direct physician support until they develop their skills/experience for a more independent role. A second position is available and would focus on chronic disease care and some primary care for diabetic and obese patients. A strong protocolized program is in place to allow the FNP to work independent with good support from the adult and pediatric endocrinologist as needed. The practice embraces the role of FNPs as key providers and provides excellent career opportunities. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are preferred. Excellent compensation and benefits.
